Blog —
Making space to write
Why this blog exists, and what I'll be writing about.
I've spent the last few years doing interesting work and telling almost nobody about it.
That's partly the nature of enterprise data work — the wins live inside dashboards and org health metrics, not in public. But it's also a habit I want to break, because the most useful things I've read about Salesforce, Agentforce and data engineering weren't the polished launch posts. They were practitioners writing honestly about what actually happened: the constraint nobody mentions in the docs, the migration that took three attempts, the automation that worked for a boring reason.
So that's what this is. Expect write-ups on:
- Agentforce in production — building AI agents for real customers, not demos
- Data engineering in retail — governance, pipelines and the unglamorous work that makes AI possible
- The Salesforce platform — Apex, Flow, and the occasional war story
No schedule promises. When I've done something worth writing about, it'll show up here.
If any of it is useful — or wrong — email me.
